These receivers are based on transistor technology, work at 869MHz or 2.4GHz with a typical range of 30 to 50 metres and feature 8 or 16 outputs. The AC variant works between 24VAC and 230VAC and the DC variant works at 12 or 24VDC. The DC16 even has a PWM output for proportional control.   <\/p>\n<p>All the MFSHL receivers are programmed depending on the application. Example applications for the RX-MFSHL AC8\/AC16 are hoists and winches, and the RX-MFSHL DC8\/DC16 are often used on a truck, tractor, pallet truck, trailer or small hydraulic crane. <\/p>\n<p>he more versatile and most popular RX-14HL receivers are available with 14, 22 or 30 potential-free relays. It is also possible to combine it with an analogue output card to obtain a total of 1 analogue output and 20 relays, 1 analogue output and 28 relays, 4 analogue outputs and 18 relays or 4 analogue outputs and 26 relays. In addition to the stated outputs, this receiver also has 1 or 2 potential-free stop relays SIL 3 (EN 62061). These receivers work with frequency modules that can be set up permanently or as locater on 32 channels at 419, 429, 434, 447, 458, 480 or 869 MHz for at least 100 metre range and 1.2 or 2.4 GHz for 70 metre range. This receiver can be connected to both 12 \/ 24 VDC and 48 \/ 115 \/ 230 VAC. Also all receivers in this series 4 have insulated digital inputs VDC\/VAC and can be upgraded with 12 extra analogue inputs that can be set up as 0-10, 0-30 VDC, 0-20, 4-20 mA or as digital input VDC. The outputs and inputs are programmed for you depending on the application. These receivers are supplied dependent on your situation with a 70-pin connector plug, a 16\/24\/32-pin connector plug, a cable gland, 2 metres of power cord or a connector and\/or cable custom made for you. Example applications are container truck, construction cranes or tandem controls of 2, 3 or 4 overhead cranes as master-slave or master-master.        <\/p>\n<p>For mobile hydraulic applications, the RX-BMS HL has been developed. Since 2015, this has been the successor to BMS-1 and BMS-2. The advantage of the BMS-HL is that it is fully programmable and that it can control a combination of digital black\/white outputs, analogue linear outputs (e.g. 0-10VDC), flow valves (e.g. HAWE), and load-sensing valves (e.g. PVG32). As standard, this receiver has 12 digital and 8 proportional outputs, 3 analogue inputs and a stop output. Optionally the stop-function can be fitted potential-free, and the receiver can be upgraded with 8 or 16 potential-free relays or 12 analogue inputs. This receiver works with frequency modules that can be set up permanently or as locater on 32 channels at 419, 429, 434, 447, 458, 480 or 869 MHz for at least 100 metre range and 1.2 or 2.4 GHz for 70 metre range. This receiver can be connected using either 12 or 24 VDC. It is supplied with a 70-pin power connector for which we can also supply a female connector, depending on your application. Examples applications for the BMS receiver are truck-mounted crane, telescopic cranes, vacuum trucks, telescopic boom lifts on caterpillars, forestry cranes or horticulture machines.        <\/p>\n<p>Specially for maximum 4 PWM outputs, we have the DC-Mobile receiver. This has 4 PWM outputs, 12 digital outputs and 5 inputs. This receiver can also be custom programmed. It works on 12 or 24VDC and has a 30-pin connector for the output wiring. The main benefit versus the BMS-HL is that the DC-Mobile has a smaller casing and is cheaper. . This receiver is combined with a PLC so that programme logic circuits via a GUI that controls the outputs depending on other outputs, inputs, timers and other conditions. The MLC works on 12 or 24 VDC and has 12 digital outputs, 8 analogue outputs and 16 inputs.  <\/p>\n<p>Example applications for the MLC are ground drilling rigs, boom lifts, SPMT\/AGV vehicles and concrete mixers.<\/p>\n<p>For applications that already have a PLC, we can control these directly via our Hetronic bus receivers. The CAN-bus receiver can be set up for the protocols CANopen, SAE-J1939, Parker IQAN and generic CAN. This CAN-bus receiver has 2 CAN-headers that can be programmed separately. It also has 2 extra changeover relays and 1 or 2 stop relays.   <br \/>The RS-232\/485 receiver is used for RS232, RS485 and ModBus. This receiver has 1 stop relay. <br \/>For ProfiBus, we will supply a receiver with SIL-1 or SIL-2.<br \/>Just like the CAN-bus, the ProfiNET receiver has 2 changeover relays and is fitted with 2 stop relays.<br \/>All bus receivers work on 12 or 24VDC, and can be supplied with both half-duplex and full-duplex feedback.
